Preschool Theme – Dogs

If you have a dog this is going to be an easy theme to cover. Here is what you can do if you have a dog: Take your dog for a walk with the little ones. Talk to them about how important it is for the doggy to get daily walks and point out how much the doggy likes going for a walk. If possible let the kids take turns holding the leash and walking the dog.

Considering the rest of the posts this week have been on outside activities I figured today should be about the park. Fortunate for us we live in an area with several parks around us. Having just moved though I had no idea where they actually were. A friend took us walking yesterday to investigate our area and to find parks.

Children are constant sponges that soak up everything that is said and done around them.
